Jacobsent Salt Co. is a very special company making very special products. The Jacobsen Salt Co. Disco di Sale are a super easy way to consistently salt your pasta water or blanching water. We use 3 discs for a 3 qt pot of water for pasta, and 4 discs for blanching water (closer to “salty as the sea”). Made from fine Italian Sea Salt from Sicily. Each jar contains approximately 40 discs.
